Tom has been helping our residential homeowners select their new heating and cooling equipment for 17 years at Burrier Service. His no pressure approach to sales gives our customers the time and comfort in making their best decision. He organizes the installation, invoicing and warranty registration. Debbie is the “Voice of Burrier Service”! She is first in line to answer incoming calls. She handles our customers data entry, begins the service appointment process, sends out repair proposals, sales appointments for Tom and many other facets of office work. “I strive to make each customer feel they are in good hands when they work with Burrier Service. Exceptional customer service is my specialty.”

Lee came to the service office 5 years ago after working in the field as a commercial service technician. Fun loving and hardworking, he is dedicated to communicating with our customers and our service technicians for the best service possible. Lee enjoys a good conversation as well as a little golf and fishing.
